Olivia Joya is a certified Bowen Therapist, meditation teacher, and gut reset facilitator. Her wealth of tools, life & therapeutic experience, intuition, empathy and connection ability allow her to help clients in an all-rounded holistic way.

Brand Strategy Logo Design Visual Identity Website Design & Development
PROJECT GOAL
The main goal of this rebranding project is to create a new, impactful look that is client-centric and articulates a core brand idea. Two other strong points are: energize the brand expressions and optimize identity for the digital environment.
This is a project I made when I worked at Mark Notion, a branding agency based in Norway, in collaboration with Bogdan Albu.

DISCOVER & DEFINE
With a changed name and an organized strategy, Olivia needed a new identity system because the old one had technical problems and she felt it doesn't represent her anymore. Her goal is to help as many people as she can live happy, relaxed & pain-free through her techniques.
We started the process by conducting research and define Olivia's competition, audience & find room for positioning. Our goal was to design materials that evoke the brand personality, keywords & attributes. A smart system builds awareness and shifts the perception on a brand. We focused more on Olivia's target audience by communicating the benefits of her services & techniques.
At this stage, we defined the brand DNA and set clear guides for the visual identity, that match the clients expectations and her business goals.
DRAFT SHAPES
We always look for literal words that are in connection with the brand personality & attributes when we examine elements that can be integrated into the logomark. From there we create a mind-map that is used as a base for potential logo concepts.

The importance of symmetry.
FINAL SHAPE
At the heart of the identity is Olivia’s new logo: a symbol that represents a monogram from the “O” & “J” letters and represent the Fibonacci Sequence.
A new & expressive visual evolution.
COLOR & TYPEFACE
We focused on establishing an emotional connection with Olivia’s customers through the strategy and the visual identity of the brand. We paired New York, an elegant serif, with Poppins, a geometric sans serif typeface.
We identified a color space that reflects a calm & holistic approach. It starts with crystal teal, sea salt & spring bouquet as main colors and the rest are used to enhance the brand communication.
VISUAL NARRATIVE
The main visual element of the brand represents the impact ring-waves generated by water drops, representing a sense of patience & calmness.
The photography is focused on portraits. Happy & relaxed people that express a state of well-being.

SOCIAL MEDIA
A smart system builds awareness and shifts the perception on a brand. We focused more on Olivia's target audience by communicating the benefits of her holistic techniques.
Result: autonomy with design elements with the help of comprehensive marketing assets and templates.
WEBSITE DESIGN
The website was the first touchpoint to activate the new brand and it reflects the refreshed identity . We designed & built the new site to ensure that Oliva communicates the key features and attributes that makes her stand out through visual elements that bring the brand's story to life
The development was made in Webflow, a no code site builder. This allows Olivia to update text and images on pages in minutes.
